Notice of Board of Directors Election

PLEASE BE ADVISED the Annual Election of the Timberwolves Hockey Club is now open. Applications are being accepted to fill the following positions:

  • Fundraising & Sponsorship Chair
  • Manager Liaison
  • Uniform & Spirit Wear Coordinator

Applications will be accepted until Monday, February 23rd, 2026 at 5:00PM CT.

 

The Purpose of this notice will be to elect Board Members from among the current 2025-2026 members of the Timberwolves Hockey Club.

 

Below is a Candidate Application form to be filled out by interested individuals wishing to represent the Club by serving on the Board. Candidates seeking election must:

  • Complete the enclosed Candidate Application form
  • Obtain a minimum of 20 signatures from current 2025–2026 Timberwolves Hockey Club members
  • Complete all required materials and steps as instructed

 

Intent to Run Notification:

All candidates intending to run for a Board position must be interviewed and vetted by the existing Board prior to the February 23rd deadline. All individuals intending to run for a Board position must notify the Club Secretary no later than Monday, February 9th, 2026, in order to allow sufficient time to schedule the required interview. No interviews will be conducted on the deadline date. The candidate interview and all required documents must be fully completed and received by 5:00 PM CT on Monday, February 23rd, 2026No exceptions will be made.
